In 2008 Sergel reached the highest peak in Europe – Mount Elbrus 5642 above the sea.

After mounths of mental and physical training, 19 of Sergels employees along with Johan E Nilson a Swedish mountaineer and adventurer, went out on an adventure to Russia in order to climb Europe´s highest mountain. In total, the expedition took 12 days, and the team experienced biting chills and heavy snowstrorms, but also lear blue skies and an amizing scenery. Of the participants, 12 succeeded to a level between 4800-5300 meters, and 7 fought alla the way up to the top of the highest peak in Europe. 5642 m.
